1. As we are going to send a welcome email, we should create an email template.
2. We should create an apex class for sending the email to the employee. In order to use apex in einstein copilot we must be create an invocable methods.
3.An einstein copilot action needs to be created by using reference action as apex and should select the relevant apex class. You can use flows and prompt template as well to create an apex action.
4.The newly created copilot action should be added to the einstein copilot. In Einstein copilot setting, Click Einstein Copilot, found at the bottom of the page.
5.Open Builder and deactivate the copilot in order to add a new Action. You will find the newly created action under Copilot Action Library. Assign the required action to the Copilot. You can preview the action in the builder by giving prompts.
6.After adding the required Copilot action, activate the Copilot.
7.On the Home Page of Sales console, you may find the Einstein button. Click on that to open the Conversational Window.
8.To send an email to the employee, start giving prompts in the conversation window.
